The Mécanicien plays a crucial role in the growth of the company by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, ensuring the continued operation and reliability of various systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various production equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize production downtime
  • Participate in the installation, upgrades, and improvements of equipment
  • Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams
  • Maintain health and safety standards

Required skills

  • DEP in electromechanics of automated systems or equivalent training
  • Experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing)
  • Ability to work on multiple machines and prioritize interventions
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Autonomy, initiative, and teamwork
  • Experience in printing or flexography (an asset)
