Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNow Hiring: MDS Director (RN/LPN)Facility: Palm Beach Nursing CenterLocation: Lake Worth Beach, FloridaPosition Type: Full-TimeSalary: $46 - $51 (based on experience)Position OverviewPalm Beach Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MDS Director (RN/LPN) to oversee the MDS process and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting exceptional resident-centered care.
