Job Description

Overview

The MDG/SAP/EC/GRC Analyst, Project Lead at Bosch in Wichita, Kansas, will play a key role in supporting new HVAC product launches and cost-reduction initiatives. This position involves close collaboration with Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure the effective management of material master data and engineering changes within SAP.

Key responsibilities

  • Support new HVAC product introductions and cost savings initiatives.
  • Monitor, track, and coordinate engineering changes within SAP.
  • Capture project data to prepare status reports and identify critical path items.
  • Create and maintain SAP material master data and multi-level bills of material.
  • Coordinate master data requirements across functions to ensure accuracy.
  • Lead MDG system operations and support end users with data updates.
  • Administer SAP GRC Access Control, including approvals and access updates.
  • Analyze business processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Support and lead SAP ERP enhancements and implementations.
  • Develop training materials and end-user documentation.

Required skills

  • 5+ years of SAP experience, specifically with Material Master Data and Bills of Material.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP modules MM, PP, FI, SD, and LO-ECH.
  • 5+ years of experience with accessing SAP Master Data and query writing.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional team environments.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as SAP, ITIL, PMP, or similar.
