Overview

The MCS Senior Associate Quality Assurance position at US Tech Solutions involves providing real-time QA support for Clinical and Commercial drug substance production in Newbury Park, California. This fully onsite role requires rotation between day and swing shifts every six months, with a focus on cleanroom management, batch record review, and acting as a QA liaison during manufacturing events.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide real-time, floor-based QA support
  • Perform electronic batch record review
  • Revise and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Approve work orders and quality of minor deviations
  • Evaluate compliance issues and provide recommendations
  • Ensure progress of quality records to completion
  • Represent Drug Substance Quality Assurance in project execution
  • Support compliance oversight in Manufacturing and Engineering areas

Required skills

  • Hands-on QA or manufacturing experience in a GMP environment
  • Critical thinking skills
