Overview

AdventHealth is seeking an experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Fellowship Program Director to lead a new fellowship program in Orlando. This role will focus on the design, implementation, accreditation, and management of the program while ensuring excellence in clinical education and patient-centered care.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of the MFM Fellowship Program
  • Ensure accreditation and ongoing management of the fellowship
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Oversee educational leadership and teaching
  • Engage in clinical supervision and patient care
  • Participate in research and scholarly oversight
  • Promote fellow well-being and development

Required skills

  • Dual Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine
  • Experience in ACGME-accredited leadership roles
  • Background in MFM and high-risk obstetrics
  • Florida medical license (or eligibility)
  • DEA and BLS certified
