Overview

The Materials Manager at Adams Thermal Systems will be responsible for leading material planning, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management to achieve world-class operating performance. This role emphasizes continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and cost efficiency of products and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead material planning activities to ensure just-in-time material flow.
  • Coordinate Supply Chain activities for sustainable world-class performance.
  • Serve as Supplier Development and Relationship Manager.
  • Implement vendor qualification processes and monitor performance metrics.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the President.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree; technical degree preferred
  • Experience in the OEM automotive manufacturing environment
  • Extensive experience in material planning and ERP software
  • Program management skills and experience
  • Experience with supplier continuous improvement programs
