Overview

The Material Handler at Wavepoint3pl is responsible for operating a forklift to efficiently manage the movement of merchandise within the warehouse. This role emphasizes safety, adherence to operational policies, and includes duties such as order selection, inspection, and maintaining equipment.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts to unload, load, and move merchandise
  • Inspect inbound and outbound materials for damage and discrepancies
  • Prepare products for shipment according to picking documents
  • Maintain clean and safe work environments and equipment
  • Assist in packing, shrink-wrapping, and restacking products for display
  • Keep accurate records to ensure proper inventory control
  • Work in varying temperature conditions and handle physical tasks

Required skills

  • Prior forklift experience
