Overview

Wilson Equipment Company is seeking a Master-Level Heavy Equipment Technician for their Louisville location. The technician will perform diagnostic inspections and high-quality mechanical repairs, while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires a dependable team player who adheres to safety standards and cares for the equipment and work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance on company-owned and customer machines
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and complex repairs
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Technical School Certificate and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions
  • Computer diagnostics
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good driving record
  • Adherence to safety standards
