Overview

Carter Myers Automotive is looking for a skilled Toyota Master Technician to join their team in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. This role requires a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering quality automotive service, while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Toyota vehicles
  • Ensure all work meets Toyota and ASE standards for safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with service advisors to communicate vehicle issues and repair recommendations
  • Mentor and support junior technicians
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Stay current with Toyota and ASE training and certifications

Required skills

  • ASE Certification
  • Toyota Master Technician Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair, preferably with Toyota or other import brands
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
