Premier Martial Arts is seeking a passionate Martial Arts Program Director for their Buckhead Atlanta location. The role combines sales and martial arts instruction, focusing on engaging students and developing relationships within the community to drive enrollment and sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and financial targets for services and events
  • Connect with potential customers through various marketing strategies
  • Manage lead generation systems and follow up on leads
  • Conduct relationship management and respond to customer inquiries
  • Deliver engaging martial arts classes and track student progress
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
  • Handle member communications and ensure a world-class member experience
  • Participate in team training and support daily operations
