Overview

The Marketing Technology Operations Analyst role at Fisher Investments focuses on coordinating the management of marketing tools and platforms to support global organizational growth. This position involves collaboration with various teams to improve processes and oversee project deliverables.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily management of marketing technology tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Risk/Security, and Data & Analytics
  • Work with IT staff and third-party vendors on project requirements and implementation schedules
  • Troubleshoot and analyze system enhancements using an agile framework
  • Monitor and enhance marketing technology systems focused on automation
  • Build processes and establish documentation for marketing operations
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of marketing systems following department goals and metrics

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, technology, or operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Project management and operational coordination experience
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Data analysis skills
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
