Overview

Senior Management Advisors is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Clearwater, FL. This role involves supporting the Marketing Department through various initiatives aimed at enhancing the marketing efforts across multiple senior living communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with daily marketing projects and departmental organization
  • Coordinate marketing requests from communities and corporate leadership
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and task tracking
  • Organize and manage digital marketing assets and collateral
  • Update community websites with new content, specials, and events
  • Manage online listings and third-party profiles
  • Monitor and track online reviews and support review generation initiatives
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of community signage and print collateral
  • Support onboarding of new hires in the marketing department
  • Communicate with vendors and track project progress

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of marketing, administrative, or coordinator experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with website content management systems preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
