We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing, communications, and student recruitment initiatives.Job Duties Coordinate the implementation of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to support student recruitment and brand awareness. Conduct market research and competitor analysis related to educational consulting services, university admissions, tutoring programs, and student enrichment services. Gather, monitor, and compile marketing performance data from RedNote, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other online platforms. Track audience engagement, website traffic, advertising performance, lead generation, and social media growth metrics, and prepare reports for management review. Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, online advertising initiatives, and website marketing activities. Prepare and update promotional materials, website content, newsletters, brochures, presentations, reports, and social media content. Coordinate workshops, seminars, information sessions, student recruitment events, and community outreach activities. Liaise with media contacts, educational partners, influencers, and third-party service providers regarding promotional activities and marketing initiatives. Respond to inquiries received through digital channels and assist in maintaining engagement with prospective students and parents. Maintain marketing databases, campaign documentation, customer records, and digital content libraries. Monitor industry trends, educational market developments, and emerging digital marketing platforms and provide recommendations to management. Assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness and preparing periodic marketing reports.Employment Requirements Completion of a college diploma or university degree in marketing, communications, business administration, public relations, or a related field. Previous experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, social media management, or a related role is an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
