In this hands-on role, you'll work across multiple stages of our production process - fabricating, assembling, finishing, and inspecting the high-quality bath products that carry the MTI name. You'll be cross-trained in multiple areas and play a direct role in making sure every product that leaves our facility meets our quality standards. What You'll Do Fabricate, assemble, and finish bath products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipmentSand, smooth, trim, and buff products to meet quality specificationsInspect finished products and perform functional tests to verify they meet MTI standardsFollow work orders and specification sheets accuratelyWork safely at all times, wearing required PPE and following all safety guidelinesMaintain a clean, organized work area following 5S proceduresCross-train in multiple production areas to support team needsPerform minor repairs and corrections as neededComplete work within allotted labor times and log hours as required What We're Looking For You'll need: Manual dexterity, good hand-eye coordination, and a solid sense of balanceThe ability to safely operate hand tools and power equipmentComfort working in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environmentAbility to work with chemicals and materials including resins, fiberglass, adhesives, foam, and paintA team-oriented mindset and flexibility to move between tasks and areasAbility to lift at least 40 lbs; frequent bending, stooping, and standing throughout the shiftReliable transportation Nice to have: Bilingual in English and Spanish Education: No degree or prior experience required - we'll train the right person.
