Overview

The Gund Company is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Team Lead for their second shift in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This role involves managing operators, equipment, and materials, ensuring workflow, and providing technical training to operators in the manufacturing department.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical resource and team leader for operators
  • Train and develop less experienced operators
  • Complete work order paperwork
  • Demonstrate outstanding quality, efficiency, and productivity
  • Other duties as assigned
