Job Description

Overview

As a Manufacturing Operations Analyst at Clarios, you will be instrumental in the measurement, tracking, and reporting of operations excellence metrics at the Canby plant. This hands-on role combines operational analytics with floor facilitation to enhance performance and support plant leadership with actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

  • Track and trend Plant KPI leading indicators, job certification status, training completion, and HPT performance
  • Prepare monthly analytical summaries highlighting trends, gaps, and recommendations for plant leadership
  • Develop and maintain HPT scorecards and performance metrics
  • Drive the development of HPT action plans aligned with plant objectives
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of Operations Excellence and HPT related data
  • Coordinate team recognition using objective performance data
  • Facilitate monthly results meetings to drive measurable outcomes

Required skills

  • Experience building, maintaining, or analyzing operational metrics in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong data interpretation and trend identification skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Business, EHS, HR, or a related discipline
  • Background in manufacturing and operations analytics or continuous improvement
  • Experience as a data analyst or in tech operations transitioning to manufacturing
