AVTEC FINISHING is seeking a Manufacturing Masking/Taper to join their team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves applying and removing masking materials on customer parts with precision to ensure protection during various manufacturing processes. Candidates with a strong work ethic and initiative will find opportunities for growth within the company, which is integral to various industries, including medical and aeronautics.

Key responsibilities

  • Apply and remove masking materials to ensure protection during production processes
  • Prepare and set up masking equipment and tools
  • Maintain accurate counts of parts for compliance with customer orders
  • Monitor inventory levels and request necessary supplies
  • Assist in product inspection and report nonconformance to the Team Lead
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines while working with materials

Required skills
