Kinperium-Hiniker LLC is a manufacturer based in Minnesota, specializing in agricultural and snow removal equipment. They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing engineering functions, focusing on process design, project management, and continuous improvement within their operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
  • Lead cross-functional engineering projects from conception through execution.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to improve throughput and eliminate bottlenecks.

Required skills

  • Experience leading engineering teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
