Currently hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer to design and refine production workflows to boost efficiency, quality, and cost performance within a fully integrated manufacturing setting (including CNC and manual machining, sheet metal work, welding, and assembly). The role also contributes to new product rollouts, manages product-related data, drives ongoing process improvements, develops tooling and fixtures, analyzes operational data, and collaborates across teams on various projects. Why join us? 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Job Details Duties & Responsibilities: Creates and revises CNC programs (Haas VF-4 & UMC-750) using Autodesk Fusion. Design fixtures and other equipment for the production process using Autodesk Inventor. Utilize additive manufacturing to produce fixtures and other equipment. Maintain and revise production routers and other production documents. Analyze process data to identify improvements. Analyze production KPI's and manufacturing cost data. Create production work instructions. Create test procedures. Lead APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) projects. Submits ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) as necessary. Lead Lean Six Sigma projects Competencies: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of related experience. Able to work with minimal supervision and capable of self-checking for completeness and accuracy of work produced. Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to maintain production routers and BOM's. Knowledge of CAD and design principles of additive manufacturing. Haas VF-4 setup and operating experience is a plus. Experience maintaining production route documents is a plus. Lean manufacturing training is a plus. Proficient with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
