Job Description

Overview

ProAmpac is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Account Coordinator to act as a liaison between Sales and both internal and external customers. This role involves ensuring orders are efficiently booked, produced, and delivered according to customer expectations while collaborating closely with Account Managers and the manufacturing team.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate with Sales and Customers through various channels
  • Coordinate order entry accurately and timely
  • Confirm orders and maintain current price pages
  • Pursue the release and billing of aged customer inventory
  • Follow up on customer complaints with corrective actions
  • Understand manufacturing processes and product capabilities
  • Forecast lead times and keep orders on track
  • Update the production team on changes
  • Follow up on status of orders and trials
  • Book orders promptly to facilitate raw material orders
  • Prepare Inventory Reports and Monthly Sales Reports
  • Maintain Customer Scorecards

Required skills

  • Post-secondary education in administration, business, or related field
  • Minimum of three years of Manufacturing Account and Sales experience
  • Flexographic printing or packaging industry experience
  • Proficiency in GlobeTek or other ERP database
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with limited supervision
  • Demonstrated knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
