Overview

COGIR Immobilier is looking for a reliable and versatile construction worker to support various construction projects in Montreal. In this role, you will collaborate closely with supervisors and crew members to ensure the efficient execution of daily activities on-site.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation and dismantling of temporary structures
  • Supply work areas with materials as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and order on the construction site
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on the site
  • Perform simple construction, demolition, or handling tasks
  • Carry out diverse tasks according to site needs
  • Participate in general site work in support of teams
  • Prepare, transport, and handle materials and equipment
  • Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
  • Report any risky or problematic situations to the supervisor

Required skills

  • Valid CCQ competency card
  • Experience on construction sites (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of health and safety regulations on sites
  • Good knowledge of French (oral)
  • Valid driver's license (an asset)
