Overview

Amber K. Boyd Attorney at Law is looking for a motivated and experienced Managing Attorney to lead their litigation team, focusing on employment law cases from start to finish. Key responsibilities

  • Oversee litigation strategy for employment law cases from intake through trial
  • Provide strategic guidance on case theory and evidence development
  • Supervise associate attorneys, paralegals, and litigation staff
  • Monitor caseloads and ensure cases progress appropriately
  • Oversee settlement negotiations and develop settlement strategies
  • Work with firm leadership to improve litigation processes
  • Serve as lead or supervising attorney on complex cases

Required skills

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Indiana or eligibility for admission
  • 7+ years of litigation experience
  • Employment law experience preferred
  • Experience managing or supervising attorneys
  • Strong litigation skills including discovery and motions practice
