Overview

The Manager Trainee role at Jiffy Lube involves a structured training program designed to prepare individuals for the Store Manager position. Trainees will learn about store operations, sales processes, and leadership standards, ultimately taking full ownership of store performance and team development.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations including sales, service, and financial performance
  • Drive revenue growth by coaching team on service recommendations and sales execution
  • Manage key performance metrics such as sales, labor, and profitability
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Create a positive team culture and ensure accountability
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated guest concerns
  • Oversee inventory management and cash controls
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and operational facility
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
