Overview

The Manager Trainee (MIT) position at Jiffy Lube is designed to prepare future Store Managers through a structured training program. Trainees will learn the fundamentals of store operations, business performance, and leadership in a hands-on environment, ultimately leading to full ownership of a store.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations including sales, service, and financial performance
  • Drive revenue growth by mentoring team on service recommendations and sales execution
  • Manage key performance metrics including sales, labor, and profitability
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Create a positive team culture and ensure high standards of customer service
  • Oversee inventory management, cash controls, and operational processes
  • Maintain a clean and safe facility
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
