Overview

The Manager Trainee role at Jiffy Lube - Allied Automotive Group is designed for individuals who are motivated by performance, accountability, and growth. Participants in the Manager-in-Training (MIT) program will learn essential operations and leadership skills to prepare them to take ownership of a store, driving overall business performance and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations including sales, service, and financial performance
  • Drive revenue growth through team coaching on service recommendations and sales execution
  • Manage performance metrics such as sales, labor, and profitability
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Create a strong and positive team culture
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated concerns
  • Oversee inventory management and operational processes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational facility
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Required skills

  • 1+ years of management experience in automotive, retail, or service industry
