Overview

The Manager Trainee position at Jiffy Lube is a full-time role designed for individuals who aspire to become Store Managers. Trainees engage in hands-on training to learn the daily operations, sales processes, and leadership skills necessary for managing a store effectively. This program prepares candidates to take complete ownership of a store's success, focused on sales, profitability, and team development.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations including sales, service, and financial performance
  • Drive revenue growth by coaching the team on service recommendations and sales execution
  • Manage key performance metrics including sales, labor, and profitability
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Create a strong, accountable, and positive team culture
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated guest concerns
  • Oversee inventory management, cash controls, and operational processes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational facility
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
