Job Description Manager, Talent Management & Development Location: Position may be based in Harrisburg, PA or Venice, FLCompensation Range: $98,900.00 to $123,000.00 depending on experience, plus eligibility for an annual Leadership Incentive Plan bonus. Job Summary The Manager, Talent Management & Development leads enterprise talent management and development programs that strengthen leadership capability, support team member growth, and build organizational readiness.This role translates talent strategy into practical, scalable programs across performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, leadership development, and learning. The Manager partners with HR and business leaders to identify talent and capability needs, drive execution, and connect identified gaps to meaningful development actions.The role also provides leadership to Digital Learning and Facilitation capabilities, ensuring learning solutions are aligned to business and talent priorities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead and continuously improve Talent Management programs, including goal planning, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, mentorship programs, and leadership development.Translate talent strategy into clear processes, tools, timelines, communications, and execution plans.Partner with HR and business leaders to identify talent and capability gaps and connect those needs to development actions, experiences, and learning solutions.Lead annual talent and performance cycles and ensure strong follow-through on identified actions and priorities.Provide leadership, coaching, prioritization, and accountability for assigned Talent Management and L&D team members.Partner with the Digital Learning Program Manager to advance digital learning, learning paths, LMS adoption, and scalable development solutions.Lead the strategy and prioritization of leadership development and facilitation while building broader facilitation capability across leaders, HR partners, and internal subject matter experts.Facilitate leadership and talent development sessions selectively when business needs require direct involvement.Establish practical standards, tools, and success measures that improve consistency and scalability across Talent Management and development programs.Use talent data, program feedback, and business insights to identify gaps, improve effectiveness, and inform future priorities.Partner across HR to simplify and improve Talent Management processes, systems, and the leader and team member experience. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong knowledge of Talent Management, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, and leadership development.Strong program management, stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.Ability to translate strategy and business needs into practical, scalable talent solutions.Ability to consult with and influence leaders and HR partners.Strong people leadership, coaching, prioritization, and delegation skills.Understanding of adult learning, facilitation, digital learning, and leadership development practices.Ability to use data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness
