Overview

The Store Manager at Hollywood Feed is responsible for overseeing retail operations, managing employees, and engaging with the community to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a commitment to customer service and animal welfare, as well as effective leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Interview, hire, and train employees for the retail location.
  • Manage employee schedules and daily tasks.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and administer disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure accuracy of stock.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
  • Plan and coordinate community engagement activities.
  • Confirm daily sales reports and manage cash receipts.

Required skills

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
