Overview

The Store Manager at Hollywood Feed will oversee retail operations, lead employees, and engage with the community to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a commitment to customer service, team leadership, and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Interview, hire, and train employees for the retail location
  • Organize and oversee employee schedules
  • Manage daily tasks and responsibilities of team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and administer disciplinary actions
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through the point of sale system
  • Foster a positive sales team environment
  • Plan and coordinate recruiting and training efforts
  • Address customer needs and resolve issues
