Overview

The Manager of Product Management for Enterprise AI/ML at Capital One is responsible for driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology in a rapidly evolving field. The role involves enhancing product solutions with a focus on AI and ML capabilities across the business, leveraging technology, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered product management.
  • Focus on delivery of game-changing business outcomes.
  • Leverage technology for innovative and resilient solutions.
  • Identify and resolve complex product-related problems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer challenges.

Required skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field.
  • Experience in product management for technical platforms, preferably data science or Machine Learning.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes).
  • Experience in Agile environment and managing product backlog.
