Overview

The Manager of Talent Acquisition at Texas Children's Hospital is responsible for leading a high-performing recruitment team focused on nursing and clinical care teams. This role emphasizes the importance of a consistent candidate experience and operational efficiency, while leveraging data to drive insights and improve processes in talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the talent acquisition team, providing direction and coaching.
  • Establish and monitor performance expectations for team members.
  • Drive efficiency, consistency, and compliance in recruiting processes.
  • Build strong relationships with senior operational leaders to align recruiting with business priorities.
  • Manage external partnerships to ensure alignment on goals and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to support enterprise initiatives and process improvements.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • At least 2 years of leadership or project management experience.
  • Expert knowledge of recruiting tools and techniques.
  • SPHR or SHRM certification preferred.
