Join UTA and help build partnerships that do more than support a program-they help move people, communities, and Utah forward.As the Manager of Fare Partnerships, you will:Lead the growth, administration, and partner engagement activities for transit pass and fare partnerships.Develop and execute sales and business development initiatives to increase fare revenue through employer, educational, government, and community partnerships.Oversee the administration of pass programs, contract management, invoicing, and program compliance while ensuring exceptional service delivery to partners and customers.Manage relationships with partners, cultivating long-term partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and supporting initiatives that increase transit ridership and program participation.Supervise a team, providing leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to ensure business objectives, revenue targets, and customer service standards are achieved. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/TRAININGFour years of professional experience in business development, account management, partner relations, sales, customer support, program administration, or a related field.Experience developing strategic partnerships and growing program participation and revenue is highly desirable.Minimum two years leading and supervising employees.Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or a related field.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Contract and complianceMicrosoft productsLeadershipStrategic planningAbility to work across departmentsProgram developmentStakeholder engagementClient relationship managementCommunication skillsUTA Competencies:Business Acumen - Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the broader issues affecting field of expertise and organization.Managerial Courage - Standing strong in the face of adversity and taking necessary risk to achieve results.Change Management - Dealing comfortably with the uncertainty of change.
