This role manages IAM Operations and Services staff members, ongoing processes, IAM standards, and works with Security leadership as well as business stakeholders to maintain compliance and in direct support of the bank's strategic goals.Key duties include managing the IAM team's daily operations to promote efficient and secure access management, resolving access management issues, and upholding all documented IAM standards. The IAM Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring that IAM controls effectively protect sensitive information while complying with defined policies and regulations.
