Overview

The Manager, Digital Content & Marketing at Kiely Family of Companies will spearhead the development of a cohesive brand identity during a growth period marked by the unification of multiple operating companies. This strategic role combines creative leadership and project management to enhance the company's branding across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate brand strategy into scalable, cohesive design systems
  • Align creative direction with business objectives
  • Design, produce, and oversee a wide range of marketing assets
  • Partner with executives and internal teams to develop impactful content
  • Establish and maintain workflows and brand standards
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to meet marketing expectations
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative improvements
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign strategies

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 6 years of experience in branding, design, content creation, and creative leadership
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
