MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative field, and six (6) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive related work experience. Must have six (6) years of experience with/in: Quantitative and qualitative problem-solving analytics, including turning quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations and business strategies; Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Financial Planning; Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and interpret complex Excel reports, databases, and SQL/relational databases; Increasing client retention and contract value growth; Data Analytics programming such as Data Mining/Machine Learning, Tableau, Power BI, TIBCO Spotfire, QlikView, Alteryx, MS SQL, Oracle SQL, or Salesforce CRM; and Large, multi-dimensional data sets and developing different types of visualizations using tools like PowerPoint and Power BI to represent key business metrics.
