Overview

The Manager of Cardiopulmonary Services at Aspen Valley Hospital will provide leadership and oversee daily operations within the Cardiopulmonary Department. This role involves coordinating therapeutic, diagnostic, and assessment responsibilities while managing personnel and ensuring efficient patient care in alignment with the hospital's core values.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and personnel within the Cardiopulmonary Department
  • Coordinate therapeutic, diagnostic, and assessment responsibilities
  • Manage staff relations and ensure quality patient care
  • Act as a care coordinator and advocate for clinical excellence
  • Maintain budget focus while achieving operational goals

Required skills

  • Unrestricted license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Colorado
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP) certification
  • At least 5 years of respiratory therapy experience
  • Experience with EPIC preferred
  • Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Previous clinical leadership experience preferred
