Overview

Celerion is looking for a Manager of Bioanalytical Systems & Digital Enablement to oversee global strategy and administration of laboratory systems. This role requires a mix of strategic coordination and hands-on operational execution to ensure compliance and optimization of systems like LIMS and ELN across various labs.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the global strategy and governance of bioanalytical laboratory systems.
  • Act as a hands-on system owner and administrator, supporting daily operations.
  • Facilitate alignment between US and Switzerland laboratories through collaboration.
  • Lead global system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions for laboratory systems.
  • Drive integration across systems while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Promote the adoption of AI and automation initiatives in the laboratory context.
  • Support audit readiness and documentation compliance.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Life Sciences, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 8-12+ years of experience in bioanalytical, clinical research, or regulated environments
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory systems (LIMS, ELN, CDS)
  • Experience in system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Proven experience in leading system implementations and digital transformation
  • Strong understanding of GxP compliance and validated systems
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of data integration, automation, and AI/ML applications in lab environments
