Key responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with clients
  • Assess risks and plan engagements based on client industries
  • Accountable for the engagement work plan and team responsibilities
  • Supervise preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Review engagements to ensure compliance with professional standards
  • Evaluate and communicate performance of team members
  • Manage engagement budgets and identify profitability opportunities
  • Support partner group in developing new initiatives and practice objectives

Required skills
