Overview

The Manager of Analytic Services leads a multidisciplinary analytics team at Sentara Health, focusing on enhancing consumer and patient experience through call center analytics and operational improvements. This role involves collaboration with leadership to deliver advanced analytics solutions that drive strategic initiatives and optimize business outcomes, utilizing tools such as Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau.

Key responsibilities

  • Define consumer and patient experience analytic requirements in partnership with business and clinical leaders.
  • Lead projects from conception to execution using Agile methodologies.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable analytical solutions.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve customer journeys and call center performance.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Manage and mentor analytic staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Oversee a portfolio of analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ensure analytic solutions support regulatory compliance and clinical quality reporting.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Level Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in the Clinical/Business Sectors
  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare
  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and quantitative research design
  • Experience in process improvement, stakeholder management, team development, and change management
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) - preferred
