Overview

The Manager of Analytic Services at Sentara Health will lead a multidisciplinary analytics team focused on enhancing consumer and patient experiences, especially in call center analytics and operational improvements. This role involves collaborating with organizational leadership to define and deliver advanced analytics solutions that drive strategic initiatives and optimize business outcomes using various data visualization tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead consumer and patient experience analytics in partnership with business and clinical leaders
  • Align analytic strategies with enterprise goals using Agile methodologies
  • Design and implement scalable analytical solutions with Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and visualizations for diverse audiences
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve customer journeys and call center performance
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive analytic priorities
  • Manage and mentor analytic staff, fostering continuous learning and professional growth
  • Oversee analytics projects ensuring timely delivery using project management methodologies
  • Ensure analytic solutions support regulatory compliance and clinical quality reporting

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Level Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Clinical and Business sectors
  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare
  • Proficiency with Agile frameworks, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Project management experience
  • Quantitative research design experience
  • Process improvement skills
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Team development and change management skills
