Overview

The Manager of Analytics at Community Health Network will support the Innovative Healthcare Collaborative of Indiana (IHCI) in improving healthcare delivery through data analysis and analytics solutions. This role involves organizing and assessing quality data, collaborating with clinical staff, and ensuring efficient processes in the growing analytic department.

Key responsibilities

  • Organize, document, and assess the quality and validity of data files and reports
  • Collaborate with population health managers and clinical staff to translate requests into analytic processes
  • Develop and deploy analytics solutions to support population health operations
  • Assist in creating standard procedures for the analytic department
  • Ensure efficient turnaround for key analytic tasks

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare analytics, health informatics, or related quantitative fields
  • 3+ years of experience in population health analytics and value-based care
  • 3+ years of experience with Health Insurance and EMR data (preferably Epic EMR)
  • 3+ years of coding skills in programming languages for data manipulation
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or relevant roles
  • Experience with analytic visualization programs such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders
