Overview

The Manager of Analytics for the Innovative Healthcare Collaborative of Indiana (IHCI) will play a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare delivery by organizing, assessing, and ensuring the quality of analytic processes. This position involves close collaboration with population health managers and clinical teams to create effective analytic solutions and streamline operations within a growing department.

Key responsibilities

  • Organize, document, and assess the quality and validity of incoming files and outgoing reports.
  • Collaborate with population health managers and clinical staff to translate concepts and requests into analytic outputs.
  • Develop and deploy analytics solutions to support population health operations.
  • Assist in developing processes and standard procedures for the analytic department.
  • Ensure efficient turnaround for key analytic tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare analytics, health informatics, health information management, information technology, co
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience deploying Population Health analytics solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience with Health Insurance and EMR (preferably Epic EMR) data.
  • 3+ years of experience in collaborating with stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of coding skills in multiple programming languages.
  • 3+ years of data analytics, data science, or relevant population health roles.
  • 1+ years of experience supervising and mentoring analysts preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT, statistics, applied mathematics, or similar fields preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience creating and using analytic visualization programs like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
