Overview

The Manager of Analytics at Community Health Network will lead efforts to support the Innovative Healthcare Collaborative of Indiana (IHCI) by organizing and assessing the quality of data files and reports. They will collaborate with clinical staff and population health managers to develop analytics solutions that enhance healthcare delivery, ensuring efficient turnaround in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Organize, document, and assess the quality of incoming files and outgoing reports
  • Collaborate with population health managers and clinical staff to translate concepts into analytic processes
  • Ensure efficient turnaround for key analytic tasks
  • Develop and deploy analytics solutions to support population health operations
  • Assist in developing processes and standard procedures for the analytics department

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare analytics, health informatics, or related quantitative field
  • 3+ years of experience in Population Health analytics solutions
  • 3+ years of experience with Health Insurance and EMR data, preferably Epic EMR
  • 3+ years of coding skills in multiple programming languages
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics or data science roles
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders
  • Experience creating analytic visualization programs such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
