Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and control labor costs through effective scheduling and retention initiatives
  • Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures, including security protocols
  • Coordinate tasks for crew setup, food prep, and cleaning
  • Conduct inventory checks and manage food deliveries
  • Ensure customer service metrics meet company goals
  • Maintain cleanliness according to health and safety standards
