Overview

Mercor is seeking a Management Consultant to connect elite talent with leading AI research labs. This remote contract role involves reviewing and creating strategic consulting artifacts while ensuring high-quality output from a management-consulting perspective.

Key responsibilities

  • Review existing strategy slides, memos, and sheets and provide detailed feedback
  • Create consulting artifacts such as case decks, executive memos, market sizings, and operating-model spreadsheets
  • Annotate and comment on artifacts to enhance structure, narrative, and presentation
  • Apply management-consulting expertise to ensure realistic and professional outputs
  • Work independently and asynchronously to deliver high-quality work on a flexible schedule

Required skills

  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting
  • Strong slide storytelling and spreadsheet skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent written communication
  • Self-directed with the ability to work flexibly
