Overview

Mercor is seeking a Management Consultant with a strong background in management consulting to create and review high-quality consulting artifacts. The role is remote, allowing for flexibility while requiring high attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities

  • Review existing strategy slides, memos, and sheets, providing detailed feedback
  • Create original consulting artifacts, including case decks, executive memos, market sizings, and operating-model spreadsheets
  • Annotate and comment on artifacts to enhance structure, narrative, and presentation
  • Apply management-consulting expertise to ensure artifacts reflect high-quality professional output
  • Work independently to deliver consistent, high-quality results on a flexible schedule

Required skills

  • 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting (MBB, Big-4 strategy, boutique strategy, or in-house corpor
  • Strong slide storytelling and rigor in spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
  • Self-directed with the ability to work on a flexible schedule
