Job Description

Overview

As a Managed Services Enterprise Technician at Citynet LLC, you will play a critical role in implementing, optimizing, and troubleshooting enterprise solutions for clients. This position requires a mix of in-house service and on-site support, ensuring client satisfaction through quality service delivery and effective collaboration with vendors.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate client systems for optimization and upgrades
  • Perform in-house, on-site, and remote computer and network services
  • Service PCs and servers
  • Install and test various network devices
  • Install and support software and peripherals
  • Install and maintain Citynet's RMM services
  • Respond to customer device alerts
  • Document customer systems
  • Work with internal teams on customer services audits
  • Collaborate with engineers to stage and deploy equipment
  • Execute and validate backup procedures
  • Document system configurations and setups
