Job Description

Overview

As a Managed Services Enterprise Technician at Citynet LLC, you will play a crucial role in implementing, optimizing, and troubleshooting advanced enterprise solutions for clients. You'll work in a dynamic setting ensuring seamless service delivery while managing various IT systems and collaborating with leading vendors to enhance client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate client systems for optimization and upgrades.
  • Perform in-house, on-site, and remote computer and network services.
  • Service PCs and servers.
  • Install and test various network devices.
  • Install and support software and peripherals.
  • Install and maintain Citynet's RMM services.
  • Respond to customer device alerts.
  • Document customer systems.
  • Work with internal teams on customer services audits.
  • Collaborate with engineers to stage and deploy equipment.
  • Execute and validate backup procedures to maintain data integrity.
  • Document system configurations and setups.
