Position: Industrial Maintenance TechnicianJob Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Day and Night Shift OpportunitiesPay: Based on experience Job Summary Spotlight Staff is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to help minimize downtime and keep operations running safely and efficiently.The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background with experience in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and industrial machinery. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipmentPerform preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipmentRepair and maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and other mechanical componentsTroubleshoot electrical systems, sensors, switches, relays, and control componentsWork with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsReplace or repair defective parts and componentsPerform equipment installations, adjustments, and changeovers as neededRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and technical drawingsRespond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtimeComplete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairsInspect equipment to identify potential problems before failures occurAssist with facility maintenance as neededMaintain tools, equipment, and a clean and organized work areaFollow all OSHA, lockout/tagout, PPE, and company safety proceduresCommunicate equipment issues and repair status with supervisors and production teamsPerform additional maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferredStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skillsExperience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsKnowledge of motors, bearings, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and other industrial equipmentAbility to use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipmentAbility to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manualsWelding and fabrication experience is a plusPLC troubleshooting experience is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a maintenance teamDependable attendance and reliable transportationWillingness to work overtime or weekends when required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, reach, and work in tight spacesAbility to lift and move equipment, tools, and materials as requiredComfortable working around machinery, noise, heat, and other industrial conditionsAbility to safely work from ladders or elevated areas when requiredAbility to wear all required personal protective equipment Ideal Candidate We're looking for a hands-on problem solver who understands the importance of keeping production moving.
