Overview

Alsum Farms & Produce Inc. is seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians for Second and Third Shifts to maintain large production machinery. The role is crucial for ensuring production continuity by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections and services on machinery
  • Thoroughly clean machines and machine parts
  • Lubricate machines for effective performance
  • Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts
  • Install replacement parts for machines
  • Identify causes of unexpected breakdowns and repair machines efficiently
  • Document work performed using CMMS
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with management
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance managers on equipment modifications
