Overview

Alsum Farms & Produce Inc. is seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians for the Second and Third shifts to maintain large production machinery. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, repairing machines efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the maintenance areas to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines
  • Clean machines and machine parts thoroughly
  • Lubricate machines for effective performance
  • Record and report damaged or broken parts
  • Install replacement parts for machinery
  • Identify causes of unexpected machine breakdowns
  • Repair machines quickly and efficiently
  • Document work performed using CMMS
  • Maintain organized storage and shop areas
  • Schedule regular maintenance in coordination with the manager
  • Collaborate on new products and modifications
  • Make necessary modifications and conduct testing
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
